About the Winning Solution

The “Automated Breach Response System” was built on a simple belief: SMEs shouldn’t have to face a personal data breach alone. The system is designed to help organizations respond quickly, accurately, and in full compliance with the PDPA, right from the moment a breach occurs.

Key Features of the Solution

The solution helps SME organizations to:

• Assess breach risk systematically, in line with PDPC and ENISA standards, without needing in-house legal expertise
• Generate breach response documents and plans with AI in one click, fully compliant with legal requirements and without manual drafting
• Approve breach responses instantly at the executive level, through a feature designed specifically for top management, cutting down what used to be a lengthy process
• Notify the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) and data subjects within 72 hours, as required by the PDPA, with automatically drafted notification emails
• Keep complete records of every notification, ready for review at any time and fully prepared for regulatory audits
