Athentic Consulting Holds Seminar on Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562
Athentic Consulting Co., Ltd. together with the Information Technology Club, Association of Thai Securities Companies, organized seminar on “Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA)”
On 18 March 2022, Athentic Consulting Co., Ltd. was invited by the Information Technology Club, Association of Thai Securities Companies (ASCO), to hold a special seminar on the topic of the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA). The seminar aimed to outline the scope of the PDPA, and to guide lawful processing of personal data pursuant to the PDPA specifically for securities companies.
In addition, we were joined by our special guest speaker, Assistant Professor Dr. Piyabutr Bunaramrueang, lecturer from the Faculty of Law, Chulalongkorn University.
Though the event was held online due to the COVID-19 breakout, up to 300 people participated in the online event.
